This song always has the tendency to make me cry a little when I hear it. I interpret it to be about a one night stand or just two people having loads of casual sex (maybe not). It makes me think of this guy that I really had feelings for, and what happened between us...so...kinda makes me a little sad when I hear the song.
It's a damn good song though. |

I'm ProChoice. I realize that my mother could have gotten an abortion and I wouldn't be here, but hey, it's a fact of life. It's your body, do with it what you want. (Don't give me that "God gave it to you" bullshit, because not all of us believe in your God.) But, the song expresses an opinion, and that's okay, because of course there's more than one side to this. Anyway, I disagree with these guys though, so when I hear it, I just shut it off. :) |

These guys are fuckin' awesome. I agree that they should legalize weed. Dude, it's not really that bad of a drug. If they should make anything illegal, they should get rid of cigarettes. Just look at the song title. "Brain Stew". As everyone knows, drugs fuck your mind up. Then just look at the lyrics. It's really obvious. And, to humor those who think it's about insomnia (ok...), meth keeps you awake for a hell of a long time. So...woo...they work together. |

This song is so fucking awesome. I've loved the song since I first heard it, but the video...now that's something else. It's incredibly emotional. The desperation in his voice is hard to ignore. It's beautiful, and I love it. I think it's pretty obvious what the song is about, but it can be interpreted in many ways. :) |

I think it's about how everyone has some kind of problem (or are damaged, you know what I mean). He seems to mention that he has his own problems at first, and that he's trying to heal somehow. Then, after all that, asks to "see your bruises", possibly meaning that since he's shared his stories he's hoping that this woman (well, maybe it's a women) will reciprocate or something. Okay, maybe this doesn't make sense but it's a guess, actually. I'm probably wrong but meh...it's all good. |

This song seems to be pretty self-explanatory (sp?). He's just saying how he feels shitty because the person he loves thinks he's a "freak" and therefore doesn't feel the same way about him. And he says that she'll never really know who he truly is, because she doesn't take the time to look past the surface. Also, even though she's like this, he still thinks she's perfect.
I just heard Unloco for the first time a couple days ago because my friend had me listen to the CD he got a while back. I'm glad I heard it, because I these guys really rock. You should check them out if you haven't heard them before. |

I don't really like Christina Aguilera, but she has a very good voice. I heard this song one day and it's one I can really relate to. It's a good song to play or use to tell someone that's hurt you to fuck off, and that even though they were trying to mess your shit all up, that you really came out of it better. I'd dedicate this song to a certain guy in my life, if I could. He really hurt me and disrespected me in the worst way possible, but, like the song says, I am actually a stronger, smarter person because of what happened. So, for once, Christina actually sang something worthwhile. :P |

I think that his friend (whom I believe is most likely female) was raped and is now contemplating suicide. ("Are the memories too hard to take? Rape is a word with a face...") And now, he's just trying to show her that she is loved and cared about and that he doesn't want her to die. I really like Eve 6, they're pretty good. :) |
