to me this song is about depression, if you kind of ignore the lines about ego.
it's about how when a friend falls into depression they need people there to help them find themselves again. they need someone to dig them out of the sadness and show them that no matter what they have eachother and everything will be okay. it's a song about hope for people who can't see any.

zetsumel, don't be closed minded, axiom, i have no idea who the fuck you said was better than mike, but you are obviously on crack if you think anyone alive is better then mike, how old was he when they did this song, late teens, early 20s and he already kicked that much ass, and he's done nothing but get better since, his riffs are orgasmic |
