No one has touched on the subject that this song starts out telling a story in third person, but the last verse is in first person. In my interpritation, the song is being told by a girl whose boy friend was cheating on her. One day, the girl that he was cheating came over when the girl was there (now you wish she's never come back here again) and then the girl who was being cheated on killed herself. Jessus is again a metaphor. Probably way off, but i think there is significence that it starts in third person, and the jesus verse is in first person |
