When i first heard this song it jumped out at me especially with the lyric "Without medicine i can't pretend, it never ends." I have experience with many friends the up and downs, and downright negative effects of anti-depressants. I think this is what MCS is trying to grasp from this song. It always easier to say you're fine without admitting any underlying problems. Keeping up appearances to the happy smiley world is always the hardest thing to do. |
