As someone mentioned before, this is very likely about the eponymous character from Junichiro Tanizaki's book Naomi - the wretch of a narrator, the dresses, (western) perfume, billions of lovers, coming and going on the afternoons, Cambridge (Ginza), and "they could love her now and so could I" all fit perfectly with the themes of the novel. |

I've been trying to hear the lyrics at the end of the song for some time now, this is all I can get -
