I just thought it was about stalking someone. In an interview, they were asked why in the album booklet do the lyrics say 'so look what you've done Bob.' They replied with 'because Bob's a stalker.' Heh. Poor Bob. |

It's dedicated to Jan Palach, I believe his name was, a student who protested against the Soviet invasion of the 60s. I think that's also what the song is about.
