I dont think its some deep coded message for us to try and interpret. I think its just a compilation of emotions, and mayb some home sickness and such. The beginning makes one feel that the person is paraoid about something. The parts about something in the mind are just a way to state that the person has problems and doesnt want to face them. The parts about not wanting to hear about it...well thats how some people feel when ppl are trying to help them. The end parts are about wanting to just run away and go somewhere peaceful...Idk exactly. But thats the feelings i get from it. |

....Im not sure why everyone likes this song so much. Mayb theres a subliminal frequency being sent out to make ppl like it and im just too stupid to hear it. But i dont like it THAT much. I like holiday more. But all of them kinda arent great bc there is too much political undercurrents going on. -_- i dispise politics. |

I like the guitar in this song...it comes out real well near the end. The song gives me of an idea of a relatioship trouble as well. But I also understand the Nuclear Bomb shelter theory. Song Rox. Postal Service is a great band. |
