Are any of you from Alaska? I am, im from anchorage just like 36. i used to go watch these guys when they were just an underground anchorage band. they come up here about every 6 months or so, last show was november 7th gawd it fucking ROCKED too. I love 36, im so glad they made it big.

I really like this song, and this whole album. the lyrics are great. to me this song is about, a boy whos pretty much being pressured into having sex, its obviously at a party because it talks about the guests, maaybe he's a virgin? "Despite everything he learned from his friends, he doesn't feel so prepared" and you know his buddies are kinda teasin him and telling him how awesome it is and everything, and this kid is just not ready for it.

gawwwd GC Suuuuuuucks! they are such a horrible band oh my gawd. my 13 year old sister is obsessed! i hate it. they cant even play there instruments at allll... haha my sis even told me that Benji has only been playin for like 3 years lol and that definitly shows in their music hah ... all these new Pop/punk bands are all exactly the same! hah i lovvvve how everyones like "im such a hardcore rocker!, my favorite bands are goodcharlotte and simple plan!" haha sorrrrry guys, i just had to vent, hah i get so frusterated aruguing with my little sister about it, shes like YAH THEY ARE TOO PUNK, THEY WEAR BLACK AND THEY HAVE PIERCINGS AND TATOOS!!! haha Gosh! shes so dumb. haha whew ok im done venting lol

I dont mind this song, or any of the others on the new album, i mean they are alright.. but gawd, Greenday isnt like it used to be.. kinda sucks.. and they are getting soo overexposed, like, ive loved greenday all my life, my little sister whos 13.. nevvvver liked them,then they come out with american idiot and get totally overexposed and her and all her little friends are absolutly obsessed with them! and im just like ahhhg you havent even heard any of their other stuff! haha i dont know, i guess i feel kinda Robbed or something.. like the media is putting greenday along with all those hella shitty bands like Simple plan and good charolette. lol

Seriously, how can anyone like this band? they have no talent at all, the guys voice is soo whiney and high pitched, they cant play their instruments.. and Honestly, a 9 year old could write their lyrics... "Do you ever feel like breaking down? Do you ever feel out of place? like somehow you just dont belong and no one understands you." comon! its like sounds like some 7th grade drama. "aww kids make fun of me at school, my parents dont understand, Gawd i wanna kill myself" hah get over it. or if your gonna complain at least make the lyrics have a little more depth hah geeeez
