this song is on the rockin the suburbs album....i know how everyone says that brick by ben is the saddest song they've ever heard but i disagree. yes it's a sad song but how many people have heard this one? have you actually listened to the lyrics..and i mean actually listened to the lyrics? it's about a man who worked all those years at the same job, never getting ahead, always standing still even if he was the most qualified. he worked for years and there was no one who actually knew him because of his age. then they up and fire him to replace him with someone younger. how much would that suck?? |
