I think this song is really a comparison of the relationship between man and God. You can compare it to a marriage and I believe we as people are referred to as the "Bride of Christ" in the Bible. The song is about someone who is at a low point in life and wants God to rescue them, though their faith is little. Much like the Jars song "Love Song for a Savior," this song talks about falling in love with the Lord. |
