HA! You optimists. This song is not about some magical long lasting love. It's about an affair between Christine McVie and the lighting director. Puts a bit of a different perspective on the song. |

Left-handed=Left Winged perspective. He's saying that they have a charming non-republican way of making people join the automotive industry. Great tune! |

1 comment? HA! K so the Doctor is obviously his drug dealer and Paul himself is into some dealing and his "Doctor" is telling him "How long you think you can run that body down?" like "how long before you get caught there little buddy". It's like a self realization thing he's got going here. Really clever Paul, glad I figured it out. |

I don't think that it could be anymore obvious what this song is about...It seems clear to me that Taylor is one who sells her innocence and that Peter Patrick is a man who indulges in these sexual services. Sunny “won’t let him in” because she “knows, just where he's been.” Or for those of us who can’t rub both of our brain cells together; she knows he has been cheating and so she metaphorically won’t “let him in”, or in other words she is mad at him. When Jack states that “he thinks that singing on sunday 'gonna save his soul, now that Saturday’s gone,” he is making a Christian reference in that if Peter goes to church on Sunday it won’t make up for his indulgences of the previous evening. A “better world” is simply a privileged life; the man stops by (for sex) and then goes home to his “better world.” |
