Yeah, I had trouble finding this song 'cause it was always I.K.T.F.A...but I found it eventually. Anyhoo, I can't believe only one person commented on this song. It's so catchy! The melody...yeah, it gets in my head A LOT. I love this lyric: "My outlook isn't good...but at least I can say I wake up happy everyday." I don't wake up happy sometimes just 'cause I have to wake up early for schoo'...but I get what he's saying and I totally relate to it. Hell, if I were in NFG, I would mos' def' wake up happy everyday, no matter what the time is =). Constant static. What I think is that it's a metaphor for someone bugging the hell out of them and they're saying the exact same things. Well, something along the lines of that...I dunno, that's just me. I can also relate to "Your lack of remorse is cause for panic." Yeah...'cause of a "friend..." I'll just leave it at that. |

"she's a stalker just like him!!!" you're hilarious. hahaha! the video IS cute. rachel leigh cook...she's one of my favorite female celebrities. her hair is cute like that. the boy was pretty gorgeous too, is he a celebrity as well? anyways, this was the first song that got me into NFG, so I feel I need to comment. The lines that really stands out for me is "cheer up my friends all say," and "I can't stop pretending that you're forever mine." Something we all tend to do. Well, true for me, at least. I tear up most every time I hear this song =(. |

Hehe, I like all the time references. I think this song is about someone who uses the word 'love' as if it were just another meaninless word, and they need to open their eyes and realize what they've been doing to their relationship. |

does anyone know why its called 2's&3's? this song really got me into the "nothing gold can stay" album. i can really relate to what its saying about wishy-washy friendships. i love all the metaphors they used. "stupid games are for stupid people..." its straightforward, yes, but that line really stood out for me. |
