i dont really know what it means yet but im on a certain train of thought and maybe by the time i finnish writing this i'll know ok im gonna go through line by line and try to explain each line as to my understanding yes this is a campaign: maybe they're using campaign as a synonym for tour like they're going on tour slithered entrails in the cargo bay: maybe they're the entrails like they're slowly going into the "cargo bay" or the tour bus neutered is the vastness: maybe they're saying that the entire journey of their tour is void of any real feeling like its neutered hollow vaccuum check the oxygen tanks: i think the hollow vaccuum refers to the bus...again and the oxygen tanks well i dont fuckin know you got me there they hybernate:they sleep but have they kissed the ground:have they ever been so happy to be home cuz you know how in the sci-fi flicks or someone off of a boat or some shit like that they're always so happy to be home that they kiss the ground pucker up and kiss the asphalt now:now its time to go on the road tease this amputation: the amputation is the seperation from everything they love (besides music)when they're on tour. they tease it by talking about it. the anticipation is the tease splintered larynx it has access now:i think it has something to do with singing like maybe his throat is sore but it has access to all of these ppl now(?) send transmission from the one armed scissor cut away cut away:maybe he feels so alienated that he cuts himself on tour so that he can feel something (going back the the neutered thing) banked on memory:all he has at that time of his loved ones is the memory mumified circuitry: no feelings the circuitry being his nerves which help you feel and being mumified they cant feel so yeah skin graft machinery:fuckin lost me there guy sputnik cicles found in the seat: maybe he feels like sputnik like distanced from everyone and everything and the cicles are like tears self destruct sequence:attempted suicide this station is non operational:maybe he's in a hospital like asleep or something species growing:maybe he cut himself and it got infected and that would mean that a species of bacteria grew to cause the infection bubbles in an IV loitering:another hospital reference maybe unknown origin:he doesnt remember what happened or what the origin of the problem is is this the comfort of being afraid: ( deep ass lyric ) he's afraid but he is comforted by the feeling because its better than the nothingness that he had come accustomed to on tour solar eclipsed: i dont know black out the vultures as they wait: maybe someone pushed him to this feeling of depression like they constantly talked about their loved ones and that reminded him of how much he missed his own so he tries to forget about them while they wait in the waiting room for him dissect a trillion sighs away: maybe he's trying to explain all of his sighs or feelings of sadness so that they dont seem so sad or cut so deep will you get this letter:i think he's saying will you get this message that im sending you that i fucking hate this and i just want to be with you jagged pulp sliced in my veins:the meat that he tore while cutting himself still lies there i write to remember:i write to you to remember you and so that you'll remember me cause im a million miles away: im really far away will you get this letter: will you know about what i did will the message of my sorrow reach you in time i think its a really really sad trippy ass kinda love song but i could be wrong it could just be a sci-fi story. i mean it could be meant to be taken at face value maybe its a story about a space oddessy gone wrong sorry for wasting ur time ---===Aaron===--- |
