it's some powerful all-pupose cleaner...which is awesome of him (them?) putting some in the teacher's coffee!! (so I still feel (a little!!) sorry for the teacher...) it's okay not to know!!!!(i didn't either until i discovered that song...i was feeling so stupid...until i found out that people around me didn't not it either then i just decided to SEARCH the meaning... i typed 409+all purpose on Google (cause i knew it was something all pupose but didn't know what EXACTLY...) ANYWAY...i love that song!! i love Green Day, actually...everything coming from them is good!!! |

how can someone NOT love Green Day?? OK I'm not stupid I know that there are other styles of music...but i mean...I'M LIVING ON MY LITTLE GREEN DAY PLANET and each time someone tells me about a song they heard and make me listen to it i always say something or like (if it's not punk-rock-or-anything): "IT SUCKS..." or (if it's any of the above): it's nice but it's just...NOT GREEN DAY!!! GREEN DAY'S SOOOOOOO #1!!!!!!! |

I just love that song it's frewakin hilarious and it changes to hear Tré (sorry I haven't heard a lot of HIS songs but when I saw the lyrics to THAt one I was like : I GOTTA GET THAT SONG!! since then I listen to it religiously (oh well like any Green Day song...BUT THIS ONE PETICULARLY!!) |

right it's pretty long to explain but here it goes: Jesus Of Suburbia is a guy which decides he's tired of his life and doesn't want to be an AMERICAN IDIOT...then in JESUS OF SUBURBIA there's kind of an intro to him (the "I'm the son of rage and love" thing...)(in I DON'T CARE he...welll doesn't care and thing and in Dearly Beloved he asks if what he's living is normal) and then (at the end of JoS)...he leaves. HOLIDAY is him talking to himself ("hear the sound of the falling rain") and it's also remotely polictical (the whole "zeig heil" part...)BOULEVARD OF BROKEN DREAMS is him walking alone...ARE WE THE WAITING is again him alone...then he "meets" St.JIMMY (which we shall doubt is in fact himself) in GIVE ME NOVACAINE Jimmy gives him drugs...then he meets a girl named WHATSERNAME which he describes in both SHE'S A REBEL and EXTRAORDINARY GIRL...he's going out with her but then breaks up...this leads us to LETTERBOMB which is a letter from Whatsername...so JOS is depressed he's lost everything and just wants to get away (WAKE ME UP WHEN SEPTEMBER ENDS)then he decides to let Jimmy "die" in his mind (part 1 of HOMECOMING) and decides to get a job (part 2) and still hears the voice of Whatsername in his head (part 3...(the "nobody likes you" thing)) and he recieves a postcard from another of his friends called TUNNY who depresses him even more cause he's telling him how much his life rocks...the he decides to go home...this song lets us on a weird note...we don't really know if he's happy or not...he just..is. in WHATSERNAME he tries to remember whatsername but it's been so long he rembers only the face...he'd like to forget her...but remember the time he passsed with her...
