Tegan and Sara are so unique...I mean even though they are twins! Their music is like nothing else I have ever heard. And yay...they are from Canada! The music video for this song is really neat too...although I still don't know what it means. It's something about hearts and maybe who you used to be. I don't know. But...this song is great and the guitar is really cool. And by the way...they are spending time apart because they don't want to fight. Tegan lives in Vancouver and Sara in Montreal! |

Well, I was really small when I heard this song at first. I think the first time I heard it was on "So I Married an Axe Murderer," with Mike Myers. Gosh that was a long time ago. Anyways...ever since it has been one of my favourite songs. Although back then I don't think I would've even known what drugs were so if that's the meaning I was oblivious to it. I'd like to think that the song goes deeper than drugs because alot of songs seem to centre around them. So I guess personally I think this is a love song. So yah...great song. Absolutely love it! |

I'm really not sure what this means but I really love it. it's really nice and kinda...what's the word...eerie or haunting. I dunno it just has this dreamy quality. Maybe 'downtown,' just means away in general. I dunno but it is missing that line...and it's repeated several times too. Oh well...still a great song! |
