Maybe "your daughter" is also Regina's daughter, that's why she loves her. I don't know if he loves this man anymore, but he is keeping her away from her daughter... which I think makes sense with the rest of the song. |

Avril sucks.. The song sucks.. Thought she couldn't do any worse until I heard that line: "While you gave me that kiss it was something like this it made me go ooh ohh" COME ON.. couldn't she find something else that rhymes with "go" ?? I hate it.. totally pathetic. That must be the worse line EVER in the story of music... |

you know, the song actually says "so much for, so much MORE" ... to me it captures all the escence of the song (can't believe you missed that out) It has o much strength, I love that part... its like, there was a great effort on his part for the relationship and to get her, always idealizing her as something really great, but then realizes that she's not... he expected her to be "so much more" beautiful =) - easy to relate to... bye |

its amazing how this song is written giving a first glance its obvious tha it is a love song, but if you look deepr you can see other meanings maybe the song itself is not sooo good, but the lyrics are exceptional. plus, they identify many people in one or another way... |
