This song is so awesome. Calm go the wild seas is such a fitting title, this is my calming song, I listen to it after a race, when I'm tired, when I'm doing work, or when I need to relax. It's so perfectly orchestrated, the flute part is so beautiful and the clarinet solo is so soothing. Beulah lyrics often take the form of inhuman things, i.e. a wave. They also mention kings quite a bit. I think Miles Kurosky probably reads alot of fantasy. |

VullNoid has got the lyrics right for sure. Whoever did the original was so far off it's quite hysterical. This song isn't to complex, just about a Hollywood type of setting with movies/big parties( New Years). A Very good CD but at the moment Yoko is my favorite. |

damn straight it is! daddio- in case you ddin't read above, Fat Mike(NOFX) has a song titled kill rockstars which attacks kathleen hannah and bikini kill. NOFX also has a song called linoleum. Kathleen hannah is saying that NOFX has sucky lyrics and she'll walk on them like a linoleum floor. |

I only read like the first ten comments, but getting back to the aquarium drinker/dixie cup drinker thing. Nooklaer said that the song is backwards which totally explains the drinking thing. He starts out drinking from a dixie-cup ( a small amount) at the end of the song(whcih is really the beginning because the song is backwards) and by the end (which is the first line of the song) he is drinking from an aquarium aka alot of alcohol. |
