i love blue october. i met their old and soon returning bassist, brant, through my old english teacher and have gotten to hang out with them on several occasions. they are the coolest people to talk to. i love their lyrics bc they hit so close to home...ive been through a lot of the stuff they sing about and its good to know theres someone i can relate to and that knows what im going through. |

i dont know about all of the song but to me the chorus and last half of the song mean that we shouldnt be looking into other peoples music to find meaning to our life and to write our own song that could be way more personal than anything anyone else wrote. |
