| Chronic Future – Shellshocked Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
If you think about it, it could be related to WWI. At least in a metaphorical sense. Shell shock is what soldiers in that war got after so much battle and shooting and stuff. Bomb dropping, ripped apart inside, etc. |

| Billy Talent – Spor 13 Lyrics | 19 years ago |

I think this song is about a kid who always obeyed the rules and was pushed down harder and harder with no hope of getting better. So he takes a fancy car out and basically commits suicide. HUH?! |

| My Chemical Romance – Welcome To The Black Parade Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I think the Black Parade is death, so when he says "To join the Black Parade" that means to die. | |
| Green Day – Homecoming Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| I don't think anything connects with anything. The writers put this together to confuse us and try to put it together. That leads us to listening to their music over and over again, tell other people about Green Day, and viola! They sell more records! It's a big publicity stunt similar to the old "Paul is Dead" hoax of the Beatles uin the 1960's. | |
| Green Day – Letterbomb Lyrics | 21 years ago |
|
This whole questioning crap about St. Jimmy, the JOS, etc. are all solved in this song: "You're not the Jesus of Suburbia The St. Jimmy's is a figure of Your father's rage and your mother's love Made me the idiot America" St. Jimmy is a metaphor. Also, In the lyric book, it is written like a diary or journal. In the "table of contents", it says "Property of Jimmy, SO STAY OUT!" |

| Green Day – Whatsername Lyrics | 21 years ago |
|
In the whole album, it talks about some girl, but he forgot her name (hence, the name of this song). Whatsername is an extraordinary girl and a rebel. There seems to be a big thing with everyone thinking 4 things: 1. Who is St. Jimmy? 2. Who is the Jesus of Suburbia? 3. Who is 'Whatsername'? 4. What does the chant "Nobody likes you, everyone left you, they're all out without you, havin' fun!" mean? |
