is the first song of syd i learned to play and i cannot stop the rhythm. the song has such a nostalgia atmosphere and just the rhythm and the atmosphere could explain all the meaning of the song. i'm italian, for me the meaning of the lyrics takes times and times of listening to it and i guess sometimes knowing the mood before than the words is quite... i don't know exactly. anyway, sad for syd leaving i wish everyone will bring on his shiny diamond...syd was a great mind, syd was maybe a genious maybe not, who cares, he wrote such wonderful songs and that is so nice. thanks Syd. matteo. |
