this song is about a cocaine addiction for the most part. "on the fence" is an old way of saying youre high on cocaine. "come down from your fences" means come down off of cocaine and clean up. also lines like "i know that u've got your reasons, these things that are pleasing u, can hurt u somehow" obviously that means these drugs that make u feel good can hurt u in the end, but then it talks about the queen of diamonds and so forth which is definately love |
