i saw the video and if you look closly in the beginning the sign on the door says "noodle's room". its only for like a second when the door is opened, but its there if you look for it. so it's in noodle's room not murdoc's.

i think this has already been said, but this song is about true love. the speaker is sad because no one understands him, so he is afraid to go out in the world and that is why the video fits so perfectly. he knows who his true love is, and it is someone who doesn't even know he exists. the 2nd verse, about how everything feels like the movies, is how the speaker feels. no one except for his true love can understand him because he is different from everyone else. his true love must be very special if they can be understanding where most cannot. that is what this song means |
