Doesn't this song suggest intimidation a little bit? "And all the roads that lead us there are winding, And all the lights the light the way are blinding." Yes, it suggests hardships, maybe metaphorically within a relationship, but I also think maybe he is a little intimidated by this girl...in a good way. |

Yeah the ending definately hints at an addiction, and I'm thinking heroin as well. It seems like people around her are aware of it. He's in love with her, and wants to help her... now till the break of dawn, she’s trying to feel that fix and all her family and friends is trying to seal them lips but i aint dumb i can hear that train come from miles away setting obstacles to stop the arrival The chorus is simply haunting. |

I agree. This song expresses how consumed he is by this woman. It even feels like he's a little overwhelmed by her...
