I've always thought this was a song about gay sex. Personally. "I've become what I always hated" "I don't know about you but I swear on my name they could smell it on me" I mean, if you're going to write a song about being ashamed of banging someone, clearly it's the first (and last? "and I held you closer than anyone would ever get") time you have gay sex in a sub-compact. But clearly it was meaningful. Since they hung around and sunggled after. Aww... sweet! |

It really bothered me at first, but then I actually heard the words and it was like... woah. I couldn't deal with the intensity, the-just-there aren't words. And the shrieking was annoying. But I'm over that. It rocks and I love this song. Totally my favorite. "Puppet strings to our souls" Brilliant. |

I love the beginning bit, and the la la la's!!! I ADORE franz, they rock my socks. I have the hardest time figuring out the words. Let's see. He's up high-he feels... humble?-and slows down, thinks about what he's seeing-and the lalala's are like, moving on, it doesn't mtter anymore type things. (Burn my back...)The sun is athority, it bothers him-ot the sun is fame, and it doesn't affect him (I am cold...)
