I think this song sounds like metallica a little, at least alot in the beggining, that's not a compliment cuz I cant stand metallica. It's a good song but the references to playing God creeps me out, I'm religious. Not my favorite Crossfade song but it has it's good moments I suppose. I dont think that they mean trend setter when they say "trend setta". I think death trend setta has some dark meaning about somethng. Not trend setting. I could be wrong, though. |

Wow, thanks for the deep, not to mention poetic take on the song people. Nice...lol. I really like this song, more the lyrics than the actual song but it is still really good. I'm not sure what the lyricist means by the lyrics but to me it means that he can't change into the person he wants to be, "I can't shed my skin". Sure, it is a used line but it still works, also I think he says that because he is trying but failing to change it is hurting the person he loves the most, but they stick by him through it all. Great lyrics. |

I think it is about a person who is acting differently than usual or is just doing something really wrong. Or it could just be about someone who just changes sometimes and becomes really pissy, kinda like me when I'm P.M.S.ing. Just kidding, sorry had to add that. Anyway, great song, not my favorite Crossfade though. |

How does the song have bad lyrics? They aren't cheesy, they are used often because it is a great way to describe that sort of feeling. Obviously it still has a powerful effect on people so, hell, keep using it. I'm not really old enough to relate to it relationship wise but it's still a great song. They sound like Nickelback sometimes but Nickelback rocks so that's a good thing. |

This is my favorite Good Charlotte song of all time. It has a good message and it sounds awesome. I love how Joel sounds in this one, I think Benji is singing with him, Im not sure. I AM SO MAD AT ALL YOU IDIOTIC PEOPLE! I am a fan of Good Charlotte and I think they have matured over the course of their three cd's into a rock band. They dont sound like a pop band in the chorus they sound like Third Eye Blind and they are most definantly a rock band. As for the message in the song, do any of you people have a sense of humor? They are making fun of celebrities that are like that! They are also being sarcastic in a lot of it. It's funny! The video is ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS, too, by the way. Good Charlotte is an awesome band. They are good writers and they haven't abandoned there old serious side if you listen to there new cd. They are just able to write with a sense of humor (something all of you people are clearly lacking) and with memories of how tough the world can be, not how hard it is to deal with fame and fortune. Good Charlotte is an awesome band. They have matured a great deal with their new cd and it sounds awesome. As for their 2nd, which this song came off of, that one is cool, too. This song is cool, in a creepy way, I think it is about a guy who is so passionately inlove with this girl that he kills her boyfriend. Maybe its one of those, if I cant have you no one can things. The song gave me the creeps at first but now it has grown on me. Even though it is incredibly graffic and gruesome. |

This is my favorite Maroon 5 song and I saw them in concert and they were awesome. Adam Levine has a very unique and very sexy voice. I think this is a song about a relationship that is nothing but ups and downs. Maybe when Adam Levine says "city" he is refering to their crazy confusing relationship, they're world when they are together... I sounded way too poetic just now. Oh my gosh, people! How many people have to explain this! When Maroon 5 only had ten songs for their debut album Songs About Jane, the band thought that they were done with the album but their record company kept pressuring them to write a couple more songs, then lead singer Adam Levine (very hot) wrote "This Love" and "Harder to Breathe". Anger directed at the record company people were the inspiration for the songs, but Adam Levine wrote it so it could have seemingly more than one meaning, or maybe that is just how he writes, okay so the last part of the story I am not exactly sure of, but the rest of it I am. Also, in rock tradition lead singer, Adam, (thats right were on first name basis now... yeah I've never met the guy) decided to add sexual references. Okay? MAROON 5 ROCKS!!!!!!!! |

I havent heard the song but I have a Joseph Arthur cd and art work is the way to put it. The guy is an incredible musician, he is an amazing writer. Song after song by him is masterful, beautiful, deep and meaningful. It makes me so sad to see so called musicians to be in the spotlight and Joseph Arthur is just dabbling in critical acclaim and is yet to be exposed to mainstream. |

Okay I just insulted Joseph Arhtur, maybe it is deep. He could be singing through the eyes of a child of an abusive father, "make me feel dangerous" could be a way of saying he (as a child) feels in danger, or he is saying he wants to fight back. I have never come across a Joseph Arthur song that I didnt think was meaningful and that shows that he has way beyond a lot of talent. |

Obviously, I love Maroon 5, this song does talk about sex alot but the lead singer is human and very HOT! Anyway, I think the core of Maroon 5 is rock, they blend soul and R& B into it but it is still rock. I think he is mostly talking about one girl, his ex-girlfriend apparently named jane. Good Charlotte is punk, they are awesome because they dont try to be. With their recently released cd, The Chronicles of Life and Death, they have turned into a rock band and a GREAT ONE!
