sati- when malice mizer created this song they were in the klaha period, malice mizer had many periods including the gackt period, the tetsu period, the instrumental period... and the klaha period.
kokoutsu- this song does capture vampires in a romantic light, only its kind of hidden by violent lyrics and its in kind of a weird way. but its about a specific vampire not wanting anyone but one specific host that he loves. and he loves her so much that he chains her up and sucks her blood ( HAHAHAHA) so romantic.. in a weird...
