i dont think anyone else has said this.. but i find it kinda interesting that he says "2-12-99 at the stroke of midnight" almost being 2.14, valentines day. kinda gives it a little more of that "wow i love you"-umph... just a thought =] good song anyhow! |

i have mixed emotions about this song. its kind of mean because its mocking supermodels and anorexia.. and anorexia isnt something to be made fun of because is a serious disease. but at the same time i think about how jill sobule beat anorexia so i guess she sort of has a right to make fun of it. also i think the song has some humor to it because shes making supermodels seem like retarded and such, which c'mon.. you all make fun of those "perfect" bodies they all have. so to wrap it up, this song is.. funny, mean, but kind of "take that!" and all those feelings combined in one calls for confusion and originality, much like jill's personality |
