| meh im supprised i havn't commented on this song yet. i adore the song, wasnt too keen on the voice to begin with but it definately grew on me. what i wouldnt give to hear that reply. a couple of people have already said it and i agree, it's the reply to autumn from autumns monologue in which he's telling autumn how much he loves her just as she is. | |

I agree with thorn also, i think this song is about being in a deep state of depression. "I'm in a constant state of getting cut So why don't I feel anything?" He's got to the point where he's just numb he can't cry, can't scream, he doesn't feel when he is cut he's just numbed with a sense of total despair. "This is a violation Maybe I forgot what it was like Before it entered me" Violation - He feels it's not fair that he has been made to feel this way. Maybe i forgot- Maybe he's forgotten what it was like to be happy. "So this is what they call Another endless night So tired of believing If this is wrong or right I think this cause is lost I wish that I could sleep I feel like some kind of shadow Another slave to the weak" I think this whole passage Is about how being so down all the time has tired him out, he's just tired of trying to find a way to be happy, tired of being upset, sick of crying. He's given up fighting the depression and has thus become 'another slave to the weak ' "Imagine if we lived Under the weather We would never be found Never discovered If everything goes wrong If it's one more endless night You know there always tomorrow And tomorrow... [X8] They'll know there's always tomorrow" He thinks he may have finally found a solution, he's starting to be optimistic again and has found a little more fight in him 'there's always tomorow'. I think the under the weather thing is similar to a mixture of what Thorn and ..(ehem) cheap-sex said if they live under the weather i.e away from everyone, away from distraction and out of reach from the hurt that he has been suffering he will be ok. "So now that your whole world Has gone up into flames This night is still never ending Do you think you're still safe? Seems everything went wrong We were discovered But this time there's no tomorrow And tomorrow...[X3]" Something big seems to have happened here to once again crush his optimism, he's talking to himself maybe. Saying well now that that plan has messed up do you stil think you've got a way out do you still think you're safe from whats hurting you ? it sounds to me as if he's giving him self an earbashing for allowing himself to get his hopes up. The further the climb the harder the fall or however the saying goes . It's too late now the damage is done and he feel's himself beyond repair. there is 'no tomorow'. either he has given up trying and he finally realises he will never be ok again or maybe he has actually killed himself hence there will no longer be anymore tomorows for him ? Hope this hasnt bored you and once again just a theory ^_^ |

A couple running away together, one turning around and saying 'theres always going to be a threat of stuff ruining us here (parasites) so lets get out of here and be together peacfully ?" Again this could just be me talking from personal experience again, my parents tend to do their best to drive a wedge between me and my partener. but maybe its a similar situation all they wanna do is be together and be happy without people trying to wreck them so they decide to just run and get away from it. "We don't fear [5x] These machines" mayeb this is just them saying that they aren't afraid of running away and they're not afraid of the unknown that stands before them as they leave? "I got the scoop, I got the scoop And it doesn't look so good, so good for you" Up until now it has just been one persuading the other to leave and now one has found out that if they stay one of them is gonna have a tough time so lets just go Other bits of the song are just them saying lets get away and do it fast, they're taking a really cheerful outlook on the situation and they're excited at the prospect of running away Just an idea as usual ^_^ |

maybe a bit too obvious, but maybe its about putting on a front? Someone is acting totally not them and pretending to be something they're not and its getting out of control Look past the mirror That there's something inside Something more to your life Maybe this is saying that who that person really is isnt as bad as they may think ? And someone close to this person that can see what they are doing is trying to help them out and be like i know this isnt you, just be you. They can see that pretending to be someone else is hurting and ruining this person. And they're saying look ive done everything i can, this is up to you, only you can change you back to who you really are. This burden's not a heavy one But I assure you, it's present This burden's not a heavy one But I assure you, it is present this so called 'burden' could be the one of tryign to help this person be who they really are. maybe it just reminds me of a friend of mine who just changed all of a sudden and tryign to be loyal to them and help them be who they really are again is a burden but saying that its not a heavy one is because this person does mean so much to you and u WANT to help them ? meh just a theory i thought i'd share i have more on this theory but i dont wanna bore you all so there is my mini version ^_^ |

i really like those lines aswell, accept to me its more of a future than a past thing, its happened to me before but the relationship im in now im SO scared of ever going through that because i never want it to end ..anyway enough of the irrelevant story, has anyone got any theories ont he rest of the lyrics ? sounds to me like it's written as if it was someone in the process of breaking up with someone 'judgement please dont fail me now' maybe kind of an 'am i making the right descision here' i get the gist of most of the lyrics but cant seem to figure out 'Begin, present, fade out,' any theories ? |

Will is not coheed. Will is the person who sent the dragonfly to infect Coheed with the serum, thus Coheed becomes the Monstar. While Coheed is the Monstar, he kills all of Claudio's siblings. "Will, do the children really understand the things you did to them?" is the blame being layed on will for the deaths of the deaths of the childern.
