| Ive seen a few people bring up cocaine as the drug of focus in this song, In my opinion they are using meth. Her eyes arent black because of vomiting, but from lack of sleep. Also, you can go days without eating on meth and not feel the slightest bit hungry. He says "whats so easy in the evening by the morning's such a drag" when he refers to doing the dope in the evening and losing the rush and feeling dopesick in the morning.
