this is my favorite rocket summer song, i don't know why no one has commented yet. i think this song is about a guy who likes a girl who has a lot of low self esteem who wants to go and get all these plastic surgerys and such to look like people in movies and on tv. and he just thinks is silly because everyone wants to look like all the movie stars and have their lives that seem so perfect. |

i think this song is about a woman whos husband left her with her three kids and doesn't return, and the woman just can't get over him so she tries to convince her self that he's gone by telling her childeren that "Love is just a hoax so forget anything that you have heard" and she ends up getting so caught up in the divorce situation and her love for her "ex-lover" who returned to her by the time they were grown up, and she forgot all about them when she had love again.... i don't know if it makes sense but to me it does. i think its saying how the media makes people worry about certain things or do things a certain way. example: the weather channel saying "TERRIBLE HURRICANE COMING, STAY TUNED TO WHAT YOU SHOULD BUY TO STAY SAFE" or the obvious one on war and such or even a fashion thing on TV all "well this style is in" or "this brand is amazing BUY IT" |
