every song this guy sings has more meaning that anyone could ever know. his girlfriend died, anyone singing about anything so important to them wouldn't sing as well, but this guy goes strong. whether or not he's throwin up on stage or not, it's deep. when she died, it didn't hit him till it happened. he fell so deep, he didn't catch the fall.

the_soul puts it in words so perfectly. that' s exactly what it is to me. the song is amazing. i love it and it means so, so much to me. it's dreamy, romantic, and the mood that it sets just makes me go crazy. it is like heaven to me. the lyrics. the lyrics alone will make any girl with a broken heart cry her eyes out. the first time i heard it, i put it on repeat and cried so hard until it hurt. the song is so incredibly powerful, it just overtakes you. not jsut the lyrics, but the rythem of the words and the way that each verse rolls of his toungue so perfectly, so beautifully.. its intreaging. the drums are a perfect addition to what he feels towards the point of the song. the guy, the love that he feels.. it really is the best song ever written by blink 182, or any other band for that matter.. the song completely holds his thoughts, like he's like writing out a diary for all to read. i really could go on forever about this song and how incredible it is. love songs, are by far, the best.. (the_soul..) i really, really, can't get over the feelings i get when i hear this song. the singer can go on for six minutes.. so deeply each second that passes. anyone who didn't like this song would be stupid.. because it means more to me, than anything that would matter. it completes my feelings towards my ex.. who i loved with everything in me. true love never dies.. this is definately shown through this song.. just don't give up on love. you'll end up regretting it, and missing the things that are shown in the lyrics of i'm lost without you.

this song hits me hard. this guys is simply amazing.. the point of the song is, no matter how tough it seems, there's always something better out there. no matter how bad a choice you make, there will be something out there to make it all seem better. basically, don't give it up, cause you'll regret it in the end.

with each comment i put towards mest, they have the same point. the kid lives his life like the last day. he's realizing all the things he's done. we all have regrets. he's hurting inside realizing the things that he has done, and he knows that everyone else in the world is just as bad as he is. we all make mistakes, and we move on. and we all realize in the end that what we had done was wrong.

this is one hell of a song.. it takes balls to put that in a song, whether he did it or not.. the guy lives a rough life, does something wrong, tries to move on.. yeah, he tries.. he's got a concious and realizes that what he did was wrong and tries to go somwhere with his life.. once again, this guy knows how to live his life.. let me tell you.. he knows that each day could be the last and tries to fix things up before he has nothing left.

this song doesn't seem like mest at first, but it has the same meaning to the music as any mest song would. it's all about the music. the guys goin out for a nighttime stroll with his girl. she means a lot to him because he gets nerv0us when she's not on time. the guys enjoying life and he really does a great job putting it in words.

this song is definately the one and only perfect break-up song. the way he wrote it.. the way he put it in words.. it makes you know exactly how he feels. the guy is obviously in love with a girl, then she breaks up with him, not liking the way is his (who the hell would dump him??) . the love he felt for her, and what he would do for her, he writes out in this song, hoping that somewhere she's listening, inside loving him back, regreting what she had done. this song is so understandable.. it just make you feel his pane.
