purity u are so right i agree completly. and as for people who dont like this music , stay calm man, ppl like this music becoz it means sumthing 2 them, different meanings for differnt people, and sum songs could sound like a personal experiance, (not necesserly this song) and it can help them, some song by slipknot are like that for me. if u dont like slipknot then thats fine. im not just aiming this at bean boy as he apolized. but music, all music, has a meaning, its how u take it and if it means nothing to you then its obviously not u. but im so sick of all these people saying slipknot sucks bla bla bla. stop mocking ppl about what kind of music they listen 2.

well i reakon this song rocks, one of my fave song by soad. i think that soad has written this song song it has alot of meanings, it could be realli specific meanings for serj but it comes across as alot of different things. so realli i dont think any1 is wrong or right about the meaning.

i thought this song was about sex 2 but after reading okysp's meaning - i agree with it. personally i find slipknot songs quite hard 2 understand coz i get millions of ideas in my mind about what the songs are about. but yea- as crazy as it sounds i really think this is about love creeping up on u, but like the bad side of love or sumthing like that, i dunno tho thats just an idea

i completly agree with animosity. and besides, songs mean different things to different people. u could listen to a song and think its about killing sum1 whereas sumone else could think its about love. as for all u dick heads who do not understand why we listen to these songs, well why the fuk should u care what we listen to. if u guys listened to britney spears i couldnt care less, coz it must mean sumthing 2 u. i believe this song is about a man who could be slightly overdosed and attempts suicite unintentionally. and becoz hes on drugs, he could get the feeling of a dream or a dajavo (howeva u spell it) and when he wakes up or sobers up slightly he realises that it wasnt a dream, he really did do it, and therefore he waits and bleeds, he waits for the death he caused unintentionally. well thats what i think neway but i think all the other opinions about what this song is about are great.

there are alot of realli good comments on here about what u think of what the song is about. maybe right maybe wrong i mean who cares songs can mean different things 2 different people. i think that this song is about a person going through alot of emotional pain, and the only way to make the 'ache' go away is to cause physcial pain upon himself. so it could almost be like, pushing his fingers in his eyes - trying to push his problems into the back of his head and if he feels anymore pain meaning emotional pain, he wont make it maybe meaning suicide. well thats just a couple of ideas they are prolly wrong but owell SLIPKNOT U RULE!

i think this song could mean 2 things, that he is a stalker, or he is lonely and creates hes own woman in his mind. i agree with paper doll, they make sence either way if you think about it hard enuf
