Does anyone know where they got their name from? San Antonio is just down the road from Austin and at UT there is a building called The Texas Union which has events in the underground rooms, called Union Underground. Maybe just a strange coincidence. |

I don't know that this was in any way an intended aspect of the lyrics, but I think the song sounds like the guy has been tripping, more specifically on mushrooms. To me the lyrics about the worms eating into his brain is a reference to the worms that eat the variety of shrooms that grow in manure. Just a thought though. |
