basically though, the song is what the first guy said. the nursery rhymes are all nice and etc, but no-one actually looks at what they are really telling their kids about, for example ring around the rosies is about the black death, one two buckle my shoe about slavery, and a huge amount of soldiers were crushed and killed when london bridge really did fall down. |

isnt really about the song, but the london bridge in 'london bridge is falling down' is about a battle that took place hundreds of years before america was discovered. the enemy used their longships to pull out the supports from the bridge to stop the archers on the bridge firing. duno how the rich guy would have found the original. |

lol number 401. i agree that a lot of their older more classic songs are good, but they still have some good songs from their later albums. i think the meaning of the song is pretty obvious, about nightmares etc, but was also just wondering if anyone knows where the piece of music they play before coming on stage comes from? i heard its from a clint eastwood movie or something? |

i dont actually listen 2 eminem anymore, iminto rock more now, but that was mainly due 2 the fact he didnt put out a new album 4 ages. i dont really like rap, but i do think hes a really really clever guy with his words and how he fits them 2gether. lol PinkFloydrulez, yes that is wat country musics for, one of the things i love about my country is that theres no hillbillies in the south pacific lol. except i like that johnny cash song on dawn of the dead tho. even tho i'm not posting anything on what i think the song is about, cos i reckon its pretty self explanatory, his hate for kim and his love for hayley, i dont really get why people come onto these lyrics just to say how much they hate eminem? this isnt called the 'eminem sucks a dick' post, its called the '97' bonnie and clyde' post. i doubt much of the eminem fans here go to a boyzone post and say how much they suck. |

lol no porn noises? yeah thats y it says 'oohh... fuck me!' in the middle, listen for it. also, when i was younger and something bad and/or loud happened and woke me up i rembember my parents wud tell me to 'go back to sleep' cos everything was taken care of, i think thats what the song is saying, that bush is just telling everyone not 2 worry and just go back to their normal lives cos hes 'got it taken care of'... hey like iraq? hahaha. i guess in america they dont show you pictures of children being napalmed and civilians being cut to pieces... with 'burn motherfucker burn' playing in the tank radios, like we see here in NZ. about 2 weeks ago even i saw a piece of footage from a british reporter, showing an american jet bombing their convoy. which was made up of white SUVs. which against the scrub i'd imagine would be pretty impossible to mistake. i duno, i like this song cos to everyone else in the world bush or the american army makes no sense, and the song seems like a pretty good view of that. oh yeah about the sheep.. watch the movie volcano, when the guy falls into the lava his feet catch fire before he actually touches it cos of the immense heat, id say a big fire like that would be pretty hot too. and wool is also probably easier to burn than skin |
