wow i cant beleive nobody has commented on this song. its my alltime favorite bob schneider song. its so cool how he has different people singing in all different languages towards the end, and he also said at one of his concerts that the opera singer is actually his aunt. the lyrics are that kind of sweet amusing type of tone. very cool. if anybody ever goes to austin, texas, make sure to see him live. |

I saw death cab twice at Stubb's in Austin (once with Ben Kweller, and once with Pretty Girls Make Graves) and they played this song as the encore of their second person. it was the most amazing thing i had ever seen. i think Ben Gibbard is one of the most amazing singer/songwriters of out time, and how his voice can blend so perfectly with so many different types of music; whether its as complax as the rock beats of death cab, or the electronics of the postal service, or as smple as him and a ukelele, in alltime quarterback. |
