Political anarchy isn't about chaos, it's about self-government at a very local level, ie communes etc. Nihilism is about moving forward by destroying everything that exists now, good or bad, no matter the cost, by any means necessary. I think quite a few people in the Bush admin are nihilists, for example. It can also apply to destruction of the self though. |

I don't know what this is about but "I'm a bad motherfucker" is used in my house in response to everything from breaking a glass to finally finding the TV remote. If we ever have kids were screwed. |

I'm pretty sure this song is about what happens to runaway kids (becasue that's what the words say and all). I like it becasue it goes from the original teen angst POV to the was that really smart? your mom still loves you POV without preaching either one. Tim Armstrong is just an awesome storyteller. |

what elspeth said. A lot of people in Ireland were really unhappy about the perceived romanticism of the fighting in the north. It was never romantic. |

I think it's about heroin too it's full of references: junkie cosmonaut, getting low, poppies making you sleep etc. Plus it just sounds like it is. |
