| Whilst on the subject, bacon4life, how about: David Cheung returning home because he had "to be ba a four" and eating his mother's foul-smelling cookling then sitting down to the computer and rekindling glorious moments of chatting to paedophiles on Yahoo Pool and downloading Kelly Brooke pornography from bearshare.exe crack file whilst his brother Kevin is sat beside him playing Pok'mon LeafGreen and trading Mewthree with Satnav the retarded Jew who got a slap round the face from his bulldog-faced mother for Channukah meanwhile Raymond and Manlee having passionate sex over the bonnet of their 1980's style beamer? | |

I was led to believe by an online source that this title was chosen in response to the many critics of Pearl Jam's former use of short song titles, and to put it bluntly, "rip the piss" out of them; and was totally irrelevant to the actual meaning of the song. Whether or not this is true is of course debateable, and many users have already posted convincing arguments about it being written from the perspective of the mentioned elderly woman. What I feel cannot be disputed though, is that this song is about a person returning to a certain place they have visited, or re-establishing feelings they may have once had, in the past; and realising that deep-down, everything is the same as it ever was. "Hearts and thoughts" may fade away over time, but can be brought back in the picture from memories in an instant. |

My name certainly is not Dave, and nor am I oriental; I do not know how you would get that impression from the name "chingy_d" - it is not derogatory or in any way suggestive of myself, or anyone else for that matter, being Oriental. Jess Wilson? David Cheung? Kevin Cheung? Blasphemy to me, pure blasphemy. |

I think it's quite humourous that certain ignorant users here have claimed that almost every Counting Crows song is in some way related to Duritz's relationship and/or feelings about Courtney Cox; which I'm afraid is absolute bull****. There is/was more to Adam Duritz's life than her! Whilst I must agree that a small number of tracks may relate to their relationship in some way or another; this is not one of them. Personally, I believe that "Another Horsedreamer's Blues" is about a confused and mentally drained young woman, who may or may not be a prostitute. The song could simply be symbolic of her feelings of life in general and how she longs for it to change. When the song mentions her taking pills, these could indeed be contraceptive measures; though they could also be to treat her depression due to a troubled life and a dysfunctional relationship between herself and her family. "bacon4life", it seems you contradicted yourself several times throughout the course of the entry. Now that is just "jess'fied", my friend. |
