Hazen Street is a very good band. Not ruled by appearance and constantly trying to impress. I believe all their songs have deep meaning. So I must say, you are an idiot, what is the point in posting to say that? Your supposed to be giving your opinion on what the song is about. I think this song is about someone close to him who has passed away, he is thinking back on all the good times they had together, and showing his respect for this person. He misses the person who died, and vows not to let anyone else close to him die. |

Lol. I think the meaning of this is obvious, anyone with some intelligence can see what it is about. Some guy who wants to have a relationship with a younger girl, but can't, as he is 21, and she is under 18. I think the law in America goes someone over 18 can't have a relationship with someone under 18, I am not sure as I am English. And her mother does not approve of the relationship, but he wishes he could be with her. |

Well, it's obvious that he feels someone (who I presume is close to him) is distancing from him. 'And tonight I will be a vessel with these sails set aflame let this ocean of our memories carry me out to sea I will be fall beneath the crashing waves into my grave I will sleep.' To me these are very powerful lyrics, and suggest that he feels the memories that he and this person spent together are consuming his thoughts. Just my opinion ^^. |

I think this song is about someone close him passing away / leaving him. He feels lost without him/her, he feels he cannot live without him/her and he dwells upon all the times they spent together. Just my opinion ^^. |
