I dont know if you all realize this, but Maynard isn't really into drugs. He has used probably close to every drug out there but he uses that drug and then tries to get back to that state of mind without the drug....though meditation and the strengthening on your third eye and other chakras.

p.s. Have you ever wondered if Maynard considers us (his fans) as tool's? Isn't ironic that Maynard is all about individualality with your thoughts and against being a sheep, yet we are all in a way sheep to the shepard (Maynard).

One of Tool's best songs. One thing I know about Tool is the song never means what is seems. From what I read on the first page, knowledge6 is the closest. The sex thing is completely ridiculous. These lyrics are a little off though. The last 3 lines are actually.
"Remember I will Always Love you..As I claw your fucking throat away..There will be no other way..There will be no other way."

The person in this song is fucked up on drugs and is pretty smashed as well. He has no time to think of past or present. He parties so hard that he just pass's out on the floor, when he wakes up he just takes another drink and goes at it again. When he says "Oh, you can never get to low, when your so damn high" i think means theres nothing you wont do, when your so damn high. But thats all I can really get out of it. This song absolutly fucking rocks ! ! |

I am a hippie and I am damn proud of it. I wish all of you could at life through the eyes of a hippie and see what you have been missing out on. I dont know why people have to go dissin hippies because they smoke pot..if u havnt heard..pot is perscribed to cancer and aids patients because it makes your immune system strong and causes you to eat and sleep more making you healthier...hmm thats weird..doesnt sound to bad to me, but I guess you wouldnt look at it that way because you are another sheep cloned by the gov.
