it's cool the way only like 5 people have actually said what they think the song is about.if we're posting on this song then we all "fucking love it" so there is no need to keep posting comments that say how much we love it.it isnt a contest. im not trying to be a bully.sorry. anyway. this song could be about really liking a girl and her basiclly being like "oh youre not as great as everyone says,there is thousands of boys just like you" and he really wants her (thus the whole "you could slit my throat" line) amd that maybe they had something going for a while (because the lyrics make me think hes a little to attatched to be some girl he just met) but after a while she wasnt interested anymore.and all he wants to know "am i something youll be missing?" and "maybe i shkould hate you for this" well.....pretty self explanatory.... :) |

this song holds alot of personal meaning to me.it reminds me alot of this past summer.i spent the entire summer with some of the best people ive ever met,but i did alot of supid things that i definantly regret,and everyone goes through that.this song is absolutley perfect.i really like the personification of your sins coming back....to hang around and tap you on the shoulder.... "woke up and laughed at how stupid we used to be" and everyone has done that. so maybe,if this song doesnt have any relation to any of the predictable possibilities (tbs,brand new) then maybe it just explains itself.you do things you regret.you laugh at them :) |
