This is the girl he knows he wants to be with. The one and only. He "can't make her real" until she realizes that he is the one that she should be with. It's about the times that you tell someone else you care but they can't move on from the place there in, hence "she makes me sad". "Just need one more reason" leads to the point that he needs to pursuade her to move on. And "I won't let this build up inside me" is in regards to the time after he tells her what he thinks and he is left on his own, thinking about the situation. Let me know if anyone else sees it this way... ----------------------------- you know what's the sad part of the story, That I am going through exactly what you described as the meaning of the song, and he was the one to bring up this song... *sighs* I think it means the same, even though it could just be the spurr of the moment. |
