the sex pistols are my favorite band ever they werent fake they were just manipulated by the press and fuckin malcom maclaren(the biggest fuckin asshole in the face of earth) they were the real punks. when it comes to sid he knew what he was in for when he became a rock star and he was just along for the ride. i hate it when people say that sid had no talent he may not have any musical talent but him and the band were able to change the world to make you angry because you didnt like what they did and stand up for whatever thay believed in thats what has made them stand the test of time if they were able to make as many people be so opinionated that shows that they had a real talent. they made people speak out what they thought and they caused outrage and inspiration even now. to me thats influence and to me thats punk
