This song definitely has some sort of similarity to The Strokes. Endicott's style of singing is influenced by Julian Casablancas, the lead singer of The Strokes. Even if The Bravery might sound like The Killers or might sing like The Strokes, it sort of forms a whole new dimension of originality around them. That's my opinion, however. |

I absolutely adore the last verse of this song, the tune gets so touching and sweet. The lyrics are amazing and I can totally imagine the girl kissing the guy and where she really means it. And I also do think it refers to sex. I love the song, I love Chris' voice! Hands down, this is the best day I can ever remember!!!!! |

i listen to this song every single day and i love it to death! the tune is wonderfully composed and at the end my heart beats faster as theres a crescendo and then BAM! the band kicks in and it's just a song of sadness and misery combined with hope and you love the emotional outcome of it. two thumbs up on coldplay for this one!! |
