I think what he is talking about in this song is problems with his girlfriend (now ex) .....breaking up perhaps, he obviously had strong feelings for her, and he might have had been having alot of problems recently in his life...this making her the only reason of living...and once he lost her he found it worthless in all manner to live....he didnt care anymore, and he felt uncontrolable depression, thats what i think....someone might have already said it ...sorry if you disagree. |

I agree with RockGoth666....but I also think their talking about how people think they know who they are....and they dont. It might just be me but it kinda pisses me off when people say what i want, what i know etc....even if its my best friend or something...thats how i came up with this. They also say "youre made up of everyhting im not", by this i think their trying to say you cant understand someone who is your complete opposite....which you cant. that whats i think their saying...sorry if you disagree. |

I think that the purpose of the song was to express the state of mind which he is entraped. With the excessive repeat of "death" it obviously must be something that comes to consideration or thought. Also it might be the lyrical that comes to mind when something bad happens in life....he just decided to put it in words and melody.....this being the repeat of"death"....the state of mind in which he was in when writing this song might have occured by a bad happening in life and the lyrical in his head was this...somewhat sounding like hell....that is my opinion... I`m sorry if you disagree. |
