I think this has 3 different meanings sung in each of the 3 different verses. 1st verse: He is breaking up with a girl. 2nd verse: He is with a new girl, and he's telling his old girlfriend that her time will come. 3rd verse: He regrets his decision to dump his old girlfriend, but he can't do anything because she now is married + has children |
