| Oasis – Fuckin' In The Bushes Lyrics

The men and womens voice come from a documentary regarding the Isle of Wight festival in I think 1970.
Noel "We used to laugh at some of the characters in the film, so we sampled them. The beginning bit is the promoter, moaning at all the hippies who were kicking down the perimeter fencing. The little old lady you hear at the end is some eccentric toff who just gets right into the weekend and smokes pot, so she obviously loses the plot. It's the most radical track. I imagine when people hear it for the first time, they'll go:"what the fucking hell have these lads been up to the last three years?'' |

this song is very easy to find. Its a b-side on dont look back in anger, plus is widely available on kazaa etc. It was originally planned to be on the album '(Whats the story) Morning Glory?', but as the song nicks a riff or something from a Stevie Wonder song it had to be dropped due to financial differences. Anyone remember the joke noel made saying 'it was gonna be on the album, but he could't approve the sleeve artwork' or something to that effect. Legendary. |

the version that made it onto the album was ruined by over-production. Anyone who downlaoded the version that was knocking around the p2p sorces when 'love, honour and obey' came out will know what I mean. |

my words and smile are so easy now
yes, it's easy now
yes, it's easy now
Anyone notice the guitar riff which starts on the second line when hes singing this? Amazing. I would recommend you all look up the demo of this song, available on kazaa etc. Slightly different from the released version, and much better in my opinion. |

Bono's quote about Belfast is 100% true...I live there. I had heard about that quote before, but also that the song was inspired by New York eg 42nd street as stated above. Who really cares what/where it is about when it sounds as good as this anyway. |

The fast version was actually recorded after the slow version. Lennon wanted it to be the a-side, but hey jude got the honours cos revolution was too slow, too unlike the beatles. Thats when he went away and rocked it up. |

Ok, everyone can interpret this song in their own way. Nobody is 100% right. But what i want to know is, does anyone have any idea regarding this line: The man in the crowd with the multicolored mirrors on his hobnail boots ??? |

Not a beatles song, but anyone who has watched the anthology should look out for this song. Its from a cavern performance. This song has been covered by lots of different artists, but the beatles really knew how to play it. Great intro too. |

This for me is possibly the beatles most significant songs. Look at all the singles released beofre this. What does this song signify....a movement away from love related songs. This is where the beatles began to move on. |

This song is so good. From the drum solo, to the 'duel' session between the 3 on guitar. Pure. Play it up load, in your car. Then you'll get the real meaning behind the song. |
