| Sigur Rós – Untitled 7 Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| this is one of my favorites too. definately one of the best on the whole album. it's very dark and ominous, then all of a sudden it gets loud and the singer just starts yelling. i love it. this song was beautifully writen. | |

"untitled 4 IS Njósnavelin (the nothing song)" i think that's just the name sigur ros gave it when it was put on the vanilla sky soundtrack. they are all the nothing song. they are all untitled. all the words in all of the songs have no meaning, and i totally agree that the vocals are just used as more insturment. the whole theme of this album is to let the music be whatever you want it to be for you. thus, everything is untitled, the words mean nothing, and the lyrics mean nothing. the album leaf inside the album as actually drawing paper so that you can write or draw out whatever the songs mean to you on each page. i love this album. especialy this song. it is by far one of my most favorite albums. as for what the song means to me, for some reason, this song is pure inspiration. when i listen to the begining of this song, i feel like i can accept everything, the good and bad things in life, and the tone is very morbid and it kinda depresses me a bit that i have to accept things the way they are and i can never change everything. but as soon as that break down comes, it's so inspirational and i get tingles down my back every time it starts. i feel like i can just say fuck it, things are the way they are, and i am the way i am, and if people have a problem with it, to fucking bad. i feel so damn relaxed and at piece after the song is over. i love it. this whole album is great. |

"But you’ll fight and you’ll make it through You’ll fake it if you have to And you’ll show up for work with a smile" i swear i've thought these exact words before. this song is amazing. i can listen to this song all day. |

| Bright Eyes – Method Acting Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| this is the best song on the album i think. like the person above me said. i love the ltrics, but i don't like the music sometimes. but i love this song al together. the rest of the songs on the album just arent up to par with this one. as for the meaning which i don't think anyone touched on yet. i think this song is just the intro to everything the album is about. "there's no beginning to this story" he just jumps into the start of the album, there is no other way to start somthing with no beginning. and talking about the image on the tv screen you can't make out. i think that's how it may be confusing to understand what he is saying in the symbolism, but after you watch it long enough, you'll get the message. i dunno about the rest of the song. anyone else? | |
| Radiohead – The Tourist Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| if i'm not mistaken, this is about being in france or somewhere. where it is doesn't really matter i don't think. wherever it was, it was beautiful, and the american tourist were running around trying to get to as many places as they could, but no one was just stopping and looking at the true beauty of the place. that's were the inspiration of the song came from i believe. after that, daisy13 has it all figured out well. | |

| i had the pleasure of seeing these guys and actually meeting them at a show in chicago. they were playing with incubus at a large venue, but booked a small concert the day after with one other band because with incubus, no one really listened to them, everyone was just there for incubus. it was awsome becasue they actually talked about some of the songs and what they meant before they played them. this song is about the death of his grandfather who he was really close to. his grandfather was a great influence to him in life, and when he died, they were on tour and it really hit him hard. he said it really made him realize how someone could lead such an amazing life, and then it just gets swept away so quickly by the tide like it was nothing. watching them play this song was so powerful, he was almost in tears when he finished singing | |
