this song is sweet. has anybody else noticed that this song sounds exactly like an alkaline trio song - the wandering melody and vocal phrasing mostly, but also some of the guitar parts. anyway, this song is about a friend who has been devastated by mistakes and heartbreak in the past and now has a serious drug and alcohol problem. he wants his friend to move on and not waste his life because of things that happened 5 yrs ago. |

well this song isn't nearly as hard as their others, but it is still really good. my favorite line is: "Woke up again alone and I traced the sheets to find you gone left side of my bed left side of my chest" this one is about breaking up, obviously. he realizes that they weren't meant for each other, but it still hurts and he still can't help but feel a little contempt for her, "All of my warm words are coming out mean." he wants her to be happy, and he wants to get past it, but it's still hard to let go. |

well i don't really know, but this song is fucking awesome. i saw them in concert a week ago and they rock. i guess i would say that this song is about him driving, obviously, to see someone who he loves. during the drive, he keeps denying it and cannot relax. he isn't ready to say goodbye, but he has to. he hopes he can say what he wants to to the person. |

hey johnny, you're a fucking dumbass, and so is goeatdogshit. just because a band signs to a major label does not mean that they sold out. yeah they're making more money now and i wish they wouldn't have either because i like supporting the smaller labes and a lot of bands that sign to big labels do sell out, but to sell out, they have to let the label set restrictions on and tell them what kind of music to play. if they still play what they want for the love of making music and not money, they haven't still sold out. you guys are the fucking dumbasses who only like bands because you think it's cool to like bands nobody else knows about, not becuase you actually care about their music.
