Yeah maybe the song shows an inkling of drug addiction but i think thats just the surface the song has a darker meaning , ie either the ''System'' or god screws us all and were all helpless sowetur to little things and get addicted and the controller being the master. |

Rightey ho no one has described what the Nlitzkrieg can do oh wiat u have , im a british boy and ill have u know the blitz was used to dessecrate many cities in england , mainly targeting industry and ports but killing many civillians the germans bombed London non stop every night for 40 days , this song shows the frantic nature behind a civillian mind when this terror and panic is happening and if im wrong call me a bitch :P |

True this song isnt the best cover metallica have done , but it shows James Hetfields nature , Skynard was hetfields fav artists when he was an adolescent and this shows his passion for his music so screw you if u think im wrong but im sure if some of you guys were in a band u would be covering ur favourtie artists songs :P |

I know this song was originally sung by the anti-nowhere league but i think this suits metallica as in the late 80s many people thought they were sellouts and i think the lyrics in this song emphasize n this idea and is highly suited to metallica |
