This song needs more comments, as it is one of my favorite songs by Coldplay. The only version I found is a recording from a concert, it isn't very clear compared to songs you'll find on an album (Yes, it was downloaded, I'm awaiting an album release). Still, if you ever get a chance to listen to this song, by all means check it out, it's really, REALLY good. |

When I watched the show I thought it was jibberish, it always remained a mystery to me (Like many other aspects of that show, I was pretty young when Pete and Pete was first airing). I was able to download just about every single episode off of KaZaA a while ago, I used to upload Pete and Pete like crazy...
Anyway, awesome, awesome song. Awesome, awesome awesome. Not only the song itself, but the memories connected to it make it more awesome. Awesome. |

I've listened to this song many (and I mean MANY) a times when studying (You guessed it) Japanese. Yes, the fact this was included on Lost In Translation's OST was very good, I think of it each time I hear it... |

(Spoilers if you haven't read Animal Farm)
In the book "Animal Farm," the animals all wanted to be "on the same level," rather than have a human(s) dominate them. But to establish order the pigs arose as the basic leaders of the farm. But eventually the pigs became more and more like the human owners before them, and towards the end of the book, the pigs put on the human's clothing and walk around. They go and play cards with the humans of a nearby farm, and both the humans and pigs tried to cheat by hiding cards. The pigs and the humans then laughed at the situation, at which point the faces of the pigs and humans switched back and forth, no longer distinguishable between one another. Awesome book, if you ever get the chance to read it. |
